Chief Executive Officer

Denga is an avid logistics and commercial commodities operator. Her experience in supply chain creation and logistics management allows her to supply on time deliveries for multiple commodities local and international markets.

Her experience in coordinating and managing freight & export operations across key African locations positions Denga as a key resource for any mining venture.

Makame Monnakgotla

Chairman

In his tenure as a process specialist at several mining houses, Makame has earned his stripes as an executive chairman focusing on key activities such as growth planning, business development and new venture creation.

As the chairman of AIT, Makame leverages his expertise and networks to expand the business landscape and forge strategic business partnerships for AIT.

Dione Maluwa

Chief Commercial Officer

Dione is an ECSA registered engineering professional who plays a pivotal role in driving AIT’s commercial strategies and initiatives. With a career spanning over 14 years, Dione has accumulated extensive experience in diverse areas such as supply chain management, marketing, quality control, and supplier development.

He has worked across various engineering sectors, including manufacturing, training, mining, and consulting. Throughout his professional journey, Dione has consistently showcased his proficiency in effectively managing complex operations and delivering exceptional results.

Carolyn Munetsi

Chief Operations Officer

As the chief operating officer for AIT, Carolyn Munetsi posesses a strong background in the mining industry. Carolyn ensures AIT has effective operational and financial procedures in place for the efficiency of the overall business. Her strong relationship-building skills keep AIT top of mind with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Her expertise in logistics, health and safety and production,
position her perfectly to ensure the continued growth of AITs export operations, sourcing new suppliers and coal bearing reserves to feed the growing demand. She is responsible for securing several off-take agreements for AIT in the eMalahleni, Richards Bay and the greater Kwa Zulu natal region.
